Usage data: Records of content refractions (timestamps and counts, not content itself). We do not store the content you paste or the outputs generated.

Payment data: Subscription status and billing information processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the Pryzm service, manage your account, process payments, enforce usage limits, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Pryzm uses the following third-party services:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Hosting, analytics, and AI Gateway
• Neon — Database hosting (PostgreSQL)
• Upstash — Rate limiting (Redis)

4. Cookies

Pryzm uses essential cookies for authentication (provided by Clerk) and analytics cookies (provided by Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account and usage data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@usepryzm.app.
