1. Service Description
Pryzm is an AI-powered content repurposing tool that transforms your content into platform-specific posts for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, YouTube, and TikTok.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Pryzm. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Account authentication is provided through Clerk.
3. Subscription & Payments
Pryzm offers a Free tier (3 refractions per month) and a Pro tier ($19/month, unlimited refractions). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by Pryzm is produced by AI and is provided as-is. You retain ownership of your input content and the generated outputs. Pryzm does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before publishing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pryzm to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pryzm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pryzm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
