1. Service Description
Pryzm provides AI-enabled business services, demos, and software tools for lead follow-up, qualification, booking, reporting, and related workflow automation.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Pryzm. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Account authentication is provided through Clerk.
3. Subscription & Payments
Pryzm may offer free demos, pilots, subscriptions, retainers, or custom service engagements. Pricing, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and included scope are governed by the checkout, proposal, or written agreement presented for that specific service. Payments are processed securely through Stripe when online payment is used.
4. AI-Generated Content
Outputs generated by Pryzm may be produced by AI and are provided as-is. You retain ownership of your input data and generated outputs where applicable. Pryzm does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them externally.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pryzm to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pryzm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pryzm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
