Example run

The artifact is the proof.

Tested 2026-07-12 · Claude (Fable 5)

Scenario: A three-person bookkeeping firm's rambling voice note about churn — clients leaving around month 3, an unread monthly PDF report, and the Loom experiment that stopped it.

Sample artifact

From the example run
We lost 5 clients in Q1. We lost 1 in Q2. The work didn't change. The report did.

For two years we sent every bookkeeping client a monthly PDF. Email tracking said 12% ever opened it.

In April we replaced it with a 15-minute Loom: me, walking through their numbers, plain language. 78% watch it.

The rule we run now: every client hears our voice once a month. A PDF is not a touchpoint.

Before

A messy note full of hedges ('I think', 'kind of crazy'), buzzwords ('journey', 'game-changer', 'leverage video'), a half-formed second claim about a productized tier, and 'thoughts?' as the closer.

After

An 82-character before/after opener (5 clients lost in Q1, 1 in Q2), both proof numbers (12% PDF opens vs 78% Loom views) inside the first five lines, the tier plug dropped and reported per Pass 1, and a closing rule the reader can steal — 19/20 on the pack's own rubric, publish as is.

Run it like this

  1. 01Fill the four inputs — paste the messy note as is, name one specific reader, attach one real number
  2. 02Copy the rewrite prompt between the two rules into your AI tool and run it
  3. 03Check the Pass 1 claim line — confirm any second claim the model dropped really belongs in its own post
  4. 04Run the 22-item filler checklist and the engagement-bait blacklist over the returned post yourself
  5. 05Score the four-axis rubric by hand — 16/20 or it does not ship

What you leave with

Useful output, not another chat.

01

A refined post with the claim inside the see-more fold

02

Two alternate openings, labeled by pattern

03

A 16/20 rubric gate before anything ships
